How to create Apple Push Certificate

Step 1: Download Certificate from G Suite Admin Console Login into the Admin and Go to the Devices. Click on the "Setup". Click on the Apple push certificate > setup apple push certificate. Click on "Download" and save the certificate file. Click on “I've downloaded the certificate signing request” box. Step 2: Get A Signed certificate from Apple Click on “ Create an Apple ID ” for the creation of apple id. After clicking “Create an Apple ID” you will see below screen, fill all the details then click on Continue. After creating Apple id click on “ Apple Push Certificates Portal ” . Now click on “create a certificate” . After clicking “create a certificate” you will see below screen then read the “Terms of Use”  Then tick on “I have read and agree to these terms and conditions” then click on “Accept”. Now fill the Notes then click on “Choose File” and select the file which you have downloaded in Step 1 point 4 then click on “Upload” .

How to create user in Gsuite || Individual user creation || bulk user creation

Individual user creation:-

  • Click on add new user you will a popup as shown below.

  • Fill the required details, make sure the password should be at least 8 characters.
  • Finally, click on the ADD NEW USER and again click on done.

Bulk user creation:-

  • Click on Bulk upload Users.

  • Click on the Download blank CSV template.

  • Open the Downloaded CSV file And fill the details where below are mandatory to fill.
  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Email Address
  4. Password
  5. Org Unit Path( For parent OU you can simply fill “/”).
  • After filling the details save that file in CSV format.
  • Click on Bulk upload Users > ATTACH CSV choose the CSV file location And click on upload.

Other details of a user:-

  • Sign in to Admin Console admin.google.com.
  • Click on the user icon.
  • Click on any user id then you will see below screen.

  • Click on MORE you will see below popup.

From this section you can multiple things
  • Reset Password.
  • Rename user.
  • You can add this user directly to the group.
  • Suspend a User
  • Restore Data(G mail and Drive)
  • Delete User
  • Change Organizational Unit.

Some Important point about User.
  1. Deleted a user can restore within 20 days after that G Suite support can’t restore.
  2. Deleted user data(Gmail & Drive Data) can restore within 25 days only.
  3. If you Suspended a user that user’s all services have been stopped but shared docs still accessible also license still charged.
  4. 30 User aliases you can add as per G Suite policy.
